Melted pony beads, Valentine's art

We made these fun Valentine's melted fuse beads last week and the kids had fun making them. We have LOTS of pony beads on hand and they are plastic so we melted them as well.

Lets just say they turned out VERY pretty and you can also hang them in the window like a sun catcher.

Materials:
Pony beads @ Craft project ideas
Metal cookie cutters
Old pan to place them on and put in the oven

You can make them into magnets, ornaments, sun catchers or you can glue them to wood to make a plaque.

This is a great fine motor and eye/hand coordination for kids of all ages

How to make:
1. Place the pony beads in a metal cookie cutter on a cookie sheet
2. Heat oven to 350 degrees
3. Place cookie sheet in over or 15-20 minutes (make sure beads are melted)
4. Take out of oven and let them cool.
5. After beads are cool will pop out of cookie cutters.
Then you can place a magnet on the back or ribbon using glue gun.

Adult needs to do steps 3-4

Below are some other fun ways to enjoy Valentine's crafts
