Cinnamon Apple Painting

The kids love to make crafts with smells. We just went to a National Apple Festival in Gettysburg, Pa and picked apples. So I thought this little craft would be fun to do.

So I took a paper plate and cut it to look like the apple was bit into. Then we took black beans and used them for the seeds, painted the top and bottom of the apple, placed glue all in the inside of the apple and sprinkled cinnamon on it to make the apple smell YUMMY!!

This is a fun and easy craft to make.

Materials:
Paper plate
3-5 black beans (for seeds)
Glue stick
Cinnamon
Paint (red or yellow, whatever color you want your apple)
